Do you offer revisions?

Yes. Revisions are included based on the package tier. Additional revisions outside scope are billable at an hourly rate.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the nature of digital work, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once work begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH, and PayPal. For enterprise clients, we offer invoicing terms on approval.

Not at all. We handle everything–hosting, tools, performance, and design–so you can focus on running your business. We'll explain anything technical in plain English when needed.
